Annie Murphy
Annie Murphy, aka Anne Frances Murphy was born on 19th December, 1986. She's Canadian, but is based in Hollywood. The main character she played was as Alexis Rose from the CBC sitcom Schitt's Mill, a series which started in 2014 before ending in the year 2020. Her performance received high praise from critics, and she was also awarded an award called the Primetime Emmy Award. Her birthplace was in the city of Ottawa, Ontario Canada. Both her parents were teachers. They enrolled her at Elmwood School in Ottawa where they staged productions. Her next step was to apply for admission at Concordia University and pursue a theater performance degree. From there, she attended classes in the Canadian Film Centre Actor's Conservatory in which acting classes were taught. When she moved to Los Angeles she devoted herself in acting. Annie Murphy launched her acting career when she appeared in the 2007 crime-thriller telefilm Lethal Obsession. Her acting career continued as she played minor, supplementary roles in many movies.
