Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. She began competing in fitness shows at the age of sixteen after having ended gymnastics in her youth. In 2017, she was just 17 when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor Model, model, and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career when she was just 16 at which point she stopped gymnastics. In the span of a year, she obtained her professional license at 17 years old. So becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel left the stage for 6 years in order to finish her college. When she completed her college degree Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. She picked up where she was in prior competitions, including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She participated for a couple of years in the time following her debut and set herself new goals each year. She also won four fitness awards by the end of the year. In addition, she was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) by winning at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. After earning her Pro Card Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competitive sports to finish her college degree. When she earned her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel was able to make a comeback at her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The show saw her finish with a third-place finish. In the summer of 2016 saw her winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage three months later taking her place 6th within the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely zero expectations prior to the event, was delighted with her performance. Considering she was battling against some of the top competitors. Ariel is getting stronger every year. Ariel is known to be focused upon her lower back. Her exercises for strengthening her back are bent-over rows that use single arm lat pull-downs. She usually warms up first and then proceeds on to the working sets. Ariel is extremely efficient with her time. This is accomplished by creating all of her back exercises doing 3 or 4 supersets of between 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this sort of exercise twice a week. One day would be lightweight day, and another heavy weight day.
